Monte Martin
At the helm of MMD Electrical is Monte Martin, lighting designer and creative problem solver, who has been designing and project managing lighting/electric projects for more than 20 years. Working with Monte to oversee the MMD Electrical team are Blake Homer and Randall Tall.

Blake Homer
Blake Homer, Master Electrician, has 20 years of electrical experience between high-end residential and commercial projects. Blake's broad experience and depth of knowledge was gained while running his own electrical and firms prior to joining MMD Electrical.

Randall Tall
Randall Tall, Director of Residential Services, is an expert in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work, known for solving nearly any challenge that comes his way. He holds licenses in three states and received a master electrician certification in 1994.
